1. Information we handle
When you request a demo or contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, restaurant or business name, city or region, and message.
When a merchant uses Poslyt, the platform may handle account and staff identifiers, merchant and branch configuration, menus and prices, terminal information, orders and line-item snapshots, recorded payments, register sessions, cash movements, expenses, guests, tables, printing state, synchronization events, and diagnostic information needed to operate the service.
Poslyt may store supported operational data on an activated device so service can continue during connectivity interruptions. That local data is synchronized when the device reconnects.
2. How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, activate and authenticate merchant access, provide POS and Admin workflows, synchronize authorized devices, produce merchant reports and receipts, support printing, diagnose failures, secure the platform, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent merchant business data. We do not use demo inquiry details for third-party advertising.
3. Storage and security
Poslyt uses access controls, tenant and branch scoping, encrypted network transport, secure credential handling, audit records, and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security, and merchants remain responsible for controlling their own accounts, staff access, devices, and exported records.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, or comply with applicable law. Retention can differ by data type and merchant relationship.
4. Service providers and measurement
We may use hosting, database, object storage, email, messaging, security, and infrastructure providers to operate Poslyt. They process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to their applicable terms.
This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-oriented, aggregate traffic measurement. It is not used to send the contact information entered in the demo form to analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse.
5. Device permissions
Depending on the platform and enabled capabilities, PoslytMob may request access to Bluetooth, local network, storage or files, and supported printer or device services. These permissions are used for printing, exporting, local operation, synchronization, and device integrations shown by the application.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete a demo inquiry, subject to information we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. Merchant account data requests should be made by an authorized merchant representative. Rights may vary based on applicable law and location.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Poslyt or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
